We’ve had to call Animo Plumbing three times so far, not because of any mistakes, but because our old house in Buffalo keeps having plumbing issues from years of neglect by the previous owners. Emmanuel has repaired our toilet, cleared a clog in the septic tank inlet, and recently fixed a leak in one of our water lines. Each time, he clearly explains what the problem was, how he repaired it, and what signs to look out for in the future. The service is always excellent, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I recently had a great experience with this plumbing company in Buffalo when I needed my water heater replaced. My old tank suddenly started leaking, so I called around to a few plumbers late in the evening. Most places weren't sure when they could send someone, but one company called me back early the next morning and said they could have a plumber out within the hour. Arthur showed up right on time and was very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable—not the cheapest, but definitely fair. I decided to upgrade from a 40-gallon to a 50-gallon tank since we have a big family and use a lot of hot water for showers and laundry. Arthur took the time to explain everything to me, including the need to update my vent pipe from 3 inches to 4 inches to meet current code. He made sure I understood why the change was necessary and answered all my questions. He worked efficiently and got the new water heater installed quickly, even with the extra work needed for the vent pipe. I had hot water again soon after lunchtime. I was very happy with the service and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Animo Plumbing provided outstanding service. Joe handled a minor sink clog for me, and I was impressed by his patience and skill with the plumbing snake to make sure it cleared the right pipe. While I watched from the bathroom door, he explained what he was doing and kept me updated about the challenges he faced. He made sure everything was fixed and cleaned up the area afterwards. I also appreciated that he wore shoe covers inside my home, which showed respect for my space. Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received.

the old cast iron sewer pipes and laterals in my house were in really bad shape. after talking to a few plumbers about hydrojetting and lining the pipes, i decided to get a quote from animo plumbing to fully replace the lines using the pipe bursting method. i'm so glad i chose them. joe was the lead on my project, and he and his helper worked really hard every day with a great attitude. they listened to my concerns, explained every step, and handled the city inspector visit smoothly. at a fair price, they upgraded my small 3 inch main sewer line to a new 4 inch pipe and replaced all the old laterals with new piping. they also added cleanouts at both ends for easier maintenance in the future, and repaired the concrete where they had to dig. after seeing how bad my old pipes were, i'm relieved they used pipe bursting instead of just lining the inside, which wouldn't have fixed the real problem. just a heads up—the pipe bursting job is a bit messy since they need to dig at both ends of the sewer line and where the laterals connect. but once it’s done, you get brand new pipes and peace of mind knowing your plumbing is solid. i’d absolutely recommend them if you need serious sewer line repairs or replacements!

i've had arthur come out three times now for different plumbing issues in our home here in buffalo. the first time, he fixed a toilet that another plumber had messed up, then he came to repair a leak under our kitchen sink, and recently he worked on our bathroom pedestal sink that had come loose from the wall after some weight was put on it and started leaking. arthur always arrived quickly and took care of things efficiently. for the bathroom sink, he was in and out in about 10 minutes, checked out the problem, and explained our options—either replace the old sink or reuse it, making sure we understood that since it was an older sink with no wall brackets for support, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't come loose again. we appreciated his honesty and told him it was our own fault it came off after being there for more than 25 years, so we decided to take the risk and keep using it. arthur said he’d have to come back the next day to finish the work, which was fine with us. what stood out to me was how smooth and neat his work was every time. everything he fixed is still running great with no issues. arthur is a quiet guy, but he gets the job done right. it would be helpful if the charges were explained upfront or if a written bill was provided at the time of service, just so customers know exactly what to expect. overall, the quality of the plumbing service has been excellent, and i’d recommend them to anyone in buffalo needing repairs or help with their pipes.

I also mentioned some problems with our bathroom sink and asked if he could help with that too. The next morning, he sent Arthur and Damon over to replace the hot water heater. They showed up right on time, were really friendly and professional, and explained what they were doing as they worked. They were even nice to my dogs, taking a moment to toss a ball for my pit bull. That same day, they got the new hot water heater installed and swapped out our bathroom sink faucet. They needed to come back another time to fix the sink not draining properly. Emmanuel returned a couple weekends later to snake the drain, but that didn't quite solve it. After that, Arthur and Damon came back the next week, did some more detailed work, and got the drain running smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this plumbing team in Buffalo.
